With more than thirty-five years in residential, commercial, and site development across three states, Chad brings the kind of hands‑on expertise and integrity that homeowners immediately feel and trust.
Chad’s love for building started early. Growing up in Henderson, Kentucky, he spent his high‑school summers helping a local contractor build homes. After graduation, he continued in construction full‑time while attending trade school in Owensboro, eventually joining the Kentucky Carpenter’s Union. His work took him through everything from historic home remodels to new construction and large commercial projects like dealerships, museums, restaurants, and schools.
Thirty‑plus years later, construction is still what Chad loves most. He believes in doing things the right way, staying hands‑on, and leaving every project better than he found it. Chad is married to Rita, and they have two children, Sierra and Zachary.
Chad built his first home as an independent contractor in 1998, and that experience sparked the foundation of what C&R Group would later become. He believes strong relationships—with clients, subcontractors, and partners—are the key to every successful project. Today, C&R Group is licensed, bonded, and insured to provide both residential and commercial construction services across Middle Tennessee.
