C&R's owner, Chad Combs, has over 30 years of experience involving site development, residential, and commercial building in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Because of Chad's experience, he has an edge over other contractors.
Growing up in Henderson, KY, during high school, Chad worked summers with a local contractor building homes. After graduating high school, Chad continued full time building while attending an Owensboro, KY trade school. By growing his skills and education, Chad became a member of the Kentucky's Carpenter's Union working on projects such as remodeling historic homes, new home construction, and various commercial jobs to include: car dealerships, museums, restaurants, schools, and warehouses. Construction is all Chad has ever known, and loves the feeling of accomplishment after completing a job. Chad is married to Rita, and they have two children, Sierra and Zachary. He hopes to build his business and to one day pass it down to his children.
As his own, contractor, Chad built his first home in 1998. Chad believes the key to success is building strong relationships with his clients and subcontractors. C&R Group is licensed, bonded, and an insured general contractor for residential and commercial.
